How to make the perfect matcha, every time!

Creating the perfect matcha can be tricky.
If done incorrectly, it can easily become a clumpy green mess.
Want to make a perfect, delicious, frothy Matcha every time?
Here's how!

1) Put 2 cm of water in a glass or cup
2) Add half teaspoon matcha
3) Whisk it with an electric frother or matcha whisk (otherwise you'll get little clumps)
4) Once frothed up, add a tiny bit (1cm) of cold water
5) Now top the rest of the glass or cup up with boiling water
6) Voila!
