Approval Guidelines

Follow these guidelines to ensure your content submission is approved. Please note that if these are not adhered to, payment will not be disbursed.

Face and product

Make sure you are facing the camera and that the camera is positioned at your eye level , rather than above or below you. The product should always be in frame with the front label facing the camera and light. And don't forget to smile!

Please do not apply any filters, stickers or text to your video/photo. Keep it clean and make your face and product the main focus over the video.

Bright and clear

Make sure your face and the product are well lit and in focus, we recommend having the light facing you rather than behind you but do whatever works to get that perfect shot!

Quiet room

Film in a quiet room so your voice can be heard loud and clear. Try and keep background noise to a minimum.

Stay still

Try and stay in one place so your review can be heard clearly and the product stays in focus.

If I don't adhere to the guidelines, will I still be paid even though I have sent the content?

Thank you so much for taking the time to create and submit your content, however in order for us to repost and use your content we need them to be of a certain quality and clarity. Take a look at the examples we have shared above and if you have any questions prior to submission, just let us know!
Is there anything else I need to do apart from submitting my content as per the guidelines?

Yes please give our Instagram page @prettysmartfood a follow! You can also post your picture or video to your Instagram page/story but this is not a pre-requisite for payment.
What are the rates?

We pay £10 per approved photo and £30 per approved video.
How soon will I receive payment?

Once the team has reviewed and approved your submission you will receive a disbursement in 3-5 working days to your Paypal account. If you have not heard from us after 5 working days please get in touch via your Instagram DM or email admin@prettysmartfood.com.
Can I resubmit content if it does not meet the guidelines?

Yes absolutely but please note we cannot guarantee that we will give feedback on why your prior submission was not approved.
Can I review more than one product?

Yes please do but you can only review a maximum of 4 products. We will be releasing more products to the scheme in the next few weeks.
Can I send in multiple photos and videos of the same product?

Yes you can, but please note we only pay for one photo and/or one video per product.
Can I review more than one product at once?

Yes of course, please select 'Both' in the form and we will send you a special code for this.
Do you have any specific points you would like me to mention in the review?

Yes we do, please DM us and we will send over some key prompts.
How will my content be used?

Your photo or video may be used for marketing purposes but will not be shared with third-parties. By submitting the content you consent to your photo or video being used in promotional or marketing activities.
What products do you have available to review?
