We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day of receiving your cleared payment.

We currently offer UK shipping services via Royal Mail, so customers should expect to receive their items within 2-3 Business Days.

  • FREE Standard Shipping for orders over £30

2. EU SHIPPING

We currently offer EU shipping services via Deutsche Post, so customers should expect to receive their items within 2-8 Business Days.

RETURNING AN ITEM

1. RETURNS

The Pretty Smart Food Co Ltd will accept Product returns within 14 days of the date of delivery and provide you with an exchange, repair or refund (as applicable) where:

  • The product is damaged, or
  • The product is faulty, and
  • You can present your online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase.

The Pretty Smart Food Co Ltd may elect to return the product to the manufacturer to determine the nature of the problem. The Pretty Smart Food Co Ltd reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

The Pretty Smart Food Co Ltd is not liable for any return postage costs associated with subscriptions, general returns and/or incorrectly placed orders.

2. PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY OR SHIPPING

Even though great care is taken in the shipping process, if your item/s arrives damaged, please contact us at admin@prettysmartfood.com to assess the damage and to work out a solution. You may be requested to provide a photograph of your item/s and /or delivery package to aid a speedy resolution.

For returns, please contact us at admin@prettysmartfood.com to arrange collection of the item/s to be delivered back to our Warehouse for assessment, exchange, repair or refund.

We reserve the right to charge for return shipping in certain circumstances.

3. CHANGES TO THIS RETURNS POLICY

 We reserve the right to amend this Returns Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and are effective immediately.

This Policy is to be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
